White Water Utilization
In the process of paper manufacturing, in order to avoid the accumulation of fine fibers, particles, and colloidal substances in white water in the water circulation system, a large amount of fresh water has to be added to reduce the concentration of the above substances in the circulation system.
Through the polymerization removal of the above "garbage" substances in the white water circulation system, the concentration of white water is reduced, and the whole water circulation system is "dialysis" again and again, so that various indicators in the water circulation system are maintained at a low and stable level. On the basis of ensuring the quality of the paper (to avoid color changes, odor, rewetting and other problems), extending the water cycle period can further reduce the usage amount of fresh water.

Waste water and chemicals enter the mixing pipe, and after being fully mixed in Vortex Mixer, enter into the reaction zone, and mix with dissolved-air water containing a large number of micro and nano bubbles, so that the micro and nano bubbles adhere to the polymeride, floating with the bubbles to the surface of the water, and then after it accumulates to a certain thickness, it will be collected by the collection system and discharged.
